What we store
- Account data: name, email, phone number, sign-up date and IP address at sign-up.
- Payments: what was purchased, amount, date, status, the payment provider's transaction ID, and your IP address and browser at the time of payment. We never receive or store card details — those are handled by the payment provider.
- Merch orders: recipient name, phone and shipping address.
Why
- To give you access to paid content and deliver your orders.
- To contact you about purchases, refunds and deliveries.
- To prevent fraud and handle payment disputes (chargebacks).
- To send news and offers — only if you gave separate consent.
Who we share it with
The payment provider (to process payments) and the courier (to ship orders). We never sell or publish your data.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by contacting support. Payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.
